Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.

Before shipping, our team will perform a thorough inspection on the products you have ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

We don't manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.

The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.

For your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it in. The item must be in its original packaging.
